General

This file mainly deals with the systemic interface scheme, interactive process, delivery ways, interface specification and the related matters needing attention.

Description of interface 

Network Access Company transfers files to the FTP Server of EMS.

IP address of FTP: undetermined ( Address deployed by former server ）

User  name: undetermined (Address deployed by former server)

Password: undetermined (Address deployed by former server)

Port number: 22or 21

Uploading contents: undetermined (Address deployed by the late server)

Transport protocol: SFTP or FTP

Specification of the received data

1 Content format of the interface files specification:

a) The interface file is the text file separated by “|”among fields. Each line of data is a piece of compete mail information. Information of each field is not allowed to cover “Enter” or “|” character. 

b) File coding adopts UTF-8 code.

c) Other issues refer to matters needing attention at the file ending part.

2 Definitions of file names  

File name of interface files is “Access Network Company code_”+“Standard express or economic express mark _”

+YYYYMMDDHHMMSS.txt.

Access Network Company code is defined by express company and notified after defining. Attention shall be paid not to disorder the code to avoid data corruption. 

For example,

ZYD_00_20121206160011.txt ZYD: standing for Access Network Company code; 00: standing for standard express

ZYD_01_20121204102000.txt ZYD: standing for Access Network Company code; 01: standing for economic express

File name of interface files is “Access Network Company code_”+“Standard express or economic express mark _”

Matters needing attention 

(1) Access Network Company uploads the files to the corresponding file folder as per the regulation. Pay attention not to send repeatedly. 

(2) Generally the record of text file does not exceed 5000 lines. 

(3) File coding adopts UTF-8 code. 

(4) All the date format shall be defined as YYYYMMDDHHMMSS. Connectors are not required. 

(5) The first line data of files is the title bar, which is indispensible. 

(6) Considering that fields of the interface is separated by “|”, pay attention not to put the content with “|” or “Enter” to each field lest the data format becomes wrong. Each line of data shall be a complete unit. 

Notes for unloading files

Uploading files systemically shall abide by the format defined as per the Interface Files. Communication and exchange shall be made for any changes.
